What is your return policy?

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of fulfillment. Exchanges can currently only be made for size/color of the same item. If you're looking for a different item please complete a return and place a new order. You can use the "instant voucher" provided once your return is setup if you don't want to wait.

All international sales are final. We currently cannot accept returns on international purchases under any circumstances.

How do I cancel my order?

If you've made a mistake on your order, or would like to add anything by placing a new order, please just reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help out. Once an order has been accepted by our warehouse though we are unable to cancel or make changes.

I received a damaged product.

In the event that a replacement is not available, or you'd rather a return for refund, please note that we do require pictures of any damage to determine next steps. Please reach out to our support team via email as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help.

Can I return my web order at a retail location?

You can return any web order within 14 days of fulfillment at any of our retail locations. 

In-store purchases cannot be returned via the online store at this time.

What shipping options are offered?

All US orders are shipped free via FedEx Ground. We offer FedEx 2-Day Express for an additional cost that will be calculated at checkout. 

*Please note - we currently are unable to ship to PO/APO addresses.

Do you offer International shipping?

We currently do not offer International shipping. However, we plan to extend or shipping offerings to Mexico in Q2 2022. Stay tuned.

If wish to make a purchase from a country outside of the US, we suggest a freight forwarder such as MyUS.com. MyUS will provide you with a US shipping address and handle everything so you can shop as normal. There is no charge for the basic account using MyUS.
